Privacy policy
1. Data controller
A1 Digital, Zofii Nałkowsskiej 10, 70-785 Szczecin, Poland. For enquiries about personal data, contact us at: contact@a1digital.pl.
2. Contact and service enquiries
The form asks for your first name, email address, service of interest and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other correspondence, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing these details is voluntary but necessary for a response.
You may optionally provide your company name, phone number, links and attachments, which we use to handle your enquiry. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal data.
3. Form security
To limit abuse, we also process cryptographic hashes of the network address and email address, together with the submission time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam. Submission rate counters are deleted when no longer needed; the enquiries table does not store these hashes or the IP address.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website. Messages submitted through the form are sent through Resend to our OVHcloud mailbox. Providers may process data on our behalf, including through subcontractors outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate safeguards required by law apply in such cases, including standard contractual clauses where required.
5. Retention period
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle correspondence, generally no longer than 12 months after it ends. If we enter into a working relationship or need to pursue legal claims, relevant data may be retained for longer in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you have the right to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising, analytics or profiling tools and does not store cookies to track visitors. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed for the operation and security of the service. Fonts and images are served from this website.
We store your selected language in a functional cookie to remember your preference for your next visit.
